Are you interested in a more organized way to meal plan and grocery shop? Maybe you would like to be able to customize your grocery lists and add more nutrition or see how many calories are on your weekly menus. Lots of  you may wonder about nutrition and calories when it comes to meal planning and creating recipes. This new feature I’d added from Say Mmm allows me to add information about nutrition and calories to the meal plans and recipes I share with you. Counting calories isn’t something I usually talk about but if you want to know a calorie count on my recipes, it’s nice to be able to offer a suggestion of how to figure it out.
