I planned our weekly menu this week keeping in mind our $150 week grocery budget. Since I don’t go shopping every two weeks, I set aside a $300 minimum for our grocery budget over the next two weeks. However, with a little extra planning and my Master Meal Planning List, I’ll be able to stretch our groceries even farther than two weeks. Today, it’s Baking and Make Ahead Prep Day. Here’s what I’ve got planned:

Need ideas for your weekly meal plan? It’s time for another weekly menu. I enjoy menu planning because of the simplicity it provides for my life. It enables me to decrease my grocery shopping excursions to twice a month and it allows me to have more free time to focus on my family and home.
