Noel’s Kitchen Tips:What’s For Dinner Week Of April 19-24,2010

Dinner in 30 minutes on a busy weeknight? I’s possible! The family will think you are a wonder in the kitchen-and you are, with the help of an Easy Weeknight Meal Plan!

This week for dinner:

Monday: Sloppy Joes with Homemade Bread ( We like it over “homemade” bread machine bread, instead of worrying about having hamburger buns around.) Nice and Easy! I like that! 🙂

Tuesday: Citrus Basil Oven-Roasted Chicken

Wednesday: Tamale Corn Casserole

Thursday: Macaroni and Cheese Bake

Friday: Chicken Pot Pie (Using leftovers from Tuesday Night’s Meal)

Saturday: Easy Pleasing Meatloaf

Last night I made a Taco Salad for a simple Sunday Family Dinner.

As always, my quick and easy recipes for Busy Moms can be found on my website Noel’s Kitchen Tips.

  • The sloppy joes look yummy. I never seem to have time to take pictures once the food is ready. Once it is cooked I have to feed the family or risk meltdown. I do agree about bread machine loaves, they smell good cooking and are so tasty. I have not made many recently other than an herbed loaf. I think I will add this to the menu next week. Thanks Noel!

  • Enjoy the recipes, I highly recommend the homemade bread. It’s a basic recipe but so versatile. I added a Sun-Dried Tomato Herb seasoning to one loaf and it was delicious!
