New Month and Yesterday’s Quick Workout

Good Morning and Happy May! It’s a new month to set some new goals, new month to start something new and a new month to Believe in Yourself!

I truly can’t believe it is already Friday, but  I am so ready for the weekend. Lots going on at the store today and tomorrow, plus it’s the last weekend of Lake Wildwood’s TTT sale. I’m really hoping we find some good treasures this weekend. I’ll take pictures on Sunday when I go, to share some of those treasures we come across. 

On with yesterday…it was a beautiful day wasn’t it? I hope you had time to get outside and enjoy it.

Working out on the go has become my new healthy habit! I really like to keep switching my workout programs routinely ever month or so to keep me from plateaus. Changing your fitness routine slightly every so often is very helpful in keeping your body constantly in tip top shape. BB (Beachbody) On Demand let’s me take my workout anywhere. My break time at the store, was spent doing 21 Day Fix Cardio. Needless to say…30 minute workout done!

And for lunch… Nothing too fancy. Just a mixed green salad, tomato and grilled chicken breast with Himalayan salt and black pepper with a drizzle of Creamy Garlic Dressing.

And by the way, Himalayan pink sea salt is a MUST in this house.  This salt is better than table salt AND better than sea salt actually. A little goes a long way, so you don’t need much of it. Unlike table salt, Himalayan pink sea salt provides the body with so many amazing benefits such as 80+ essential minerals, trace elements, electrolyte balance, nutrient absorption, toxin elimination, pH balance, and increased circulation.  Pretty cool!  We’re obsessed!

And just in case you need a little extra pep to get you going today…  The greatest mistake you can make in life is to continually be afraid you will make one. Where specifically are you currently stopped by the fear of making a mistake or failing? Find a coach, friend, family member, or mentor to help you summon the courage to work through these fears.


Phew, time to finish getting ready for my day. Kids are off to school, now it’s my time to get busy!  I am here for you. Believe in Yourself. Have a wonderful Friday!
