I try to share this “secret” with everyone who loves to cook; baking bread is fun and easy: Time-Consuming, yes, Messy, definitely, Kneading, while mentally relaxing, will tire your muscles. But difficult? No. Bread dough can be patient, flexible, and tolerant of mistakes. The rewards of fresh-baked bread are wonderful-the fragrance, the texture, the taste alone of fresh-baked bread is unbeatable.
If you have a bread machine, baking bread becomes one of the easiest tasks in the kitchen, yet it produces spectacular results. I’ve been testing out a few different recipes with different ingredients to make Homemade Bread, Pizza, Calzones and Rolls. I have finally have a recipe that doesn’t require a whole lot of ingredients and requires very little work to make all four types. Some recipes I’ve tried taste too salty but this one has just the right amount of every ingredient so they come out nice in texture and taste. Enjoy!

*Bread flour can also be used in place of all-purpose flour. When making wheat bread or rolls I substitute 2 cups regular flour with 2 cups wheat flour.

Can you please provide directions if you don’t have a bread machine?
Thanks. Katora
