Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Here is my favorite healthy breakfast smoothie option that is healthy, tasty, and satisfying!
Healthy Breakfast Smoothie
- 1 cup of ice
- 1 scoop of chocolate or vanilla Shakeology
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/2 banana or 3-4 medium-size fresh strawberries
- optional -1 Tbsp natural peanut butter
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend.
