Healthy Breakfast Smoothie

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Here is my favorite healthy breakfast smoothie option that is healthy, tasty, and satisfying!

Healthy Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of ice
  • 1 scoop of chocolate or vanilla Shakeology
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 banana or 3-4 medium-size fresh strawberries
  • optional -1 Tbsp natural peanut butter

Instructions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend.

Yummmmy – enjoy 🙂
