Good Morning and Happy Monday my Friends! We are into the first full week of a new month (one of my FAVORITES ! ) Today, I’m sharing Ten Ways To Get You Back On Track To Better Health. We are coming off of a Holiday High Sweet Tooth Filled weekend!
Which means, we all could use some great tips to get us back on track. So, have you gotten rid of the Halloween candy yet? And I don’t mean by eating it! How did you handle yourself with the candy? Did you limit yourself to a couple of pieces or did you end up with a bunch of wrappers next to you at some point over the weekend? Are you feeling a little guilty about how many “fun-size” candies you had on Halloween?
