Hi there, my name is Noel Chapman. I’m 43 and working on being in the best health and fitness in my life. I am a full-time working mom, and I run an online health and wellness business as a Lifestyle Coach.
I was able to get rid of my depression and anxiety through clean eating and daily fitness into my life – it literally changed my life and I’ve never looked back!
It’s my goal and mission to pay it forward. To show others, and especially moms, that we can get our body and our health back. We can live a fuller life filled with energy and zest for ourselves and our family!

I sure did! What mom doesn’t like to get a good deal right? This isn’t catered to just moms. It’s for anyone who is thinking about or ready to take that one step to a healthier lifestyle.
I know that from the emails I receive there may be times that there are moms just like me who would love to purchase products or programs or join a challenge group, but they just don’t have the funds to do so. Or they are just unsure of taking that first step.
