On the Today Show was an interview with Dr. Jennifer Harstein is discussing how important it is to reconnect with your kids.  Technology can sometimes take over our lives and take us away from that important quality time.  Reearch shows that a family dinner can be a protective factor for your kids.  Let dinner time be the “No Tech Time” and make it “Family Time”. Reconnect with your kids. Talk about their day, activities, the news, really engage with one another.
