If you answered with a “YES”, than we seriously need to talk! My team and I have personally worked with others, helping them drop those unwanted pounds in a healthy, easy way. Our challenge groups are an exclusive online private Facebook group, so no one sees what your posting except those in the group.  In our fitness challenge groups, we provide daily motivation, support, and encouragement to help you reach your health and fitness goals and stay committed to the decision you’ve made to become healthy and fit. You will receive daily motivation and tips to keep you encouraged and accountable.  This is a way to offer amazing peer-to-peer motivation and support with people who are going through the same fitness programs and changes as you! Most importantly, the accountability this group brings is the KEY to your success! Let’s face it, it is hard to stay on track by yourself! So why not join together with other people with the same goal of losing weight, getting in shape and becoming more healthy!

Now I am looking for people who want to Drop 10 lbs in January. That’s right. I’m not asking you to commit to 3, 6, or 12 months. I’m asking you to simply commit to just a simply 3 weeks… That’s 21 days. 

There will absolutely be:

  • NO Expensive Gym Membership
  • NO Embarrassing Classes
  • NO Tasteless Diet Food
  • NO Long Drives
  • NO Getting Up Early

To be a part of my January Group, you must:

  • Commit to follow a Beachbody workout program of your choice for 30 days
  • Drink Shakeology – the premium health shake – once a day for 30 days
  • Engage with the secret Facebook group reporting workouts & food for 30 days
  • Be ready to have a blast as you compete for prizes!
  • Be willing to be brutally honest with me. I want to know what’s working, what’s not working, what tastes good, what doesn’t taste good. I want to know all the things that you wish you could say about a program but don’t.

Now, some of you, when you hear “challenge” might get scared and run the other way… but it’s not a competition (unless you want it to be with yourself) but it’s more-so a way to challenge yourself to reach the dreams and goals you’ve wanted for yourself in health and fitness. Whether that is losing 5 pounds…or 100 pounds, maybe it’s eating healthier and more clean, maybe you are thin but now want to be toned. Whatever your goals may be, a challenge group is for YOU!
