There’s two different programs that we use for this challenge. The 21 Day Fix. It’s one I’ve personally used and lost 15 pounds in my first round of 21 Days. (We can also discuss other programs available that you can do according to your health and fitness goals.)

May 19, 2015 ~ I’m a 43 year old mom to 4 children ages 22, 20, 14 and almost 12. I’ve had some great success so far with my health and fitness journey but I am not stopping here. I know I still have a long way to go but am happy at the progress that I have made so far. I am going to be honest this last August; I got to a point where I wasn’t even motivated to get out of bed.
