The only way to get there is to try. Motivation can often be an afterthought after a late night or long day at work. Starting out is a key part of a healthy and balanced lifestyle. 

Even the most determined people sometimes need a little extra push. My motivation posts are to help you make the most of your fitness routine, daily eating habits or just to get up and get moving.

It’s not easy to work out or eat healthily, but it’s essential. I couldn’t be more proud of you for taking that first step.

We all have things better to do than worry about a silly little number on the scale or spend time obsessing about food, working out or how our bodies look. 

Real health is about feeling good and loving yourself, unconditionally.
