As we get further into the month of December, I took a few minutes today to write down the holiday activities on Our Family Christmas Bucket List that are really important for us to share with our kids. Sometimes, it’s so easy for us to get so caught up in the frenzy of the holiday season. There are presents to buy, packages to ship, Christmas office parties to attend…it takes a real effort to take a minute, slow down and enjoy the little details that come along with this wonderful holiday of ours. That’s why we like to create a family tradition each year by creating Our Family Christmas Bucket List.
Our Family Christmas Bucket List
When I think back to my own Christmas as a child, it wasn’t the presents I remember best, even though there may have been a few favorites. They are not what I remember. It was the moments of togetherness that warms my heart. Watching Christmas movies like the Rudolph the Rednose Reindeer, Frosty the Snowman, and making stuffed cabbage with my grandmother. These are the traditional moments I cherish.
So today, in no traditional order, here are a few things on Our Family Christmas Bucket List I want to accomplish this holiday season with my family. I really do just absolutely love Christmas. I love everything about it. And what better way to celebrate Christmas time than to have a Christmas bucket list that you can work to complete by the 25th!
Oh and if you’re looking for a few family Christmas ideas, here’s a few of our favorites:
Just remember to slow down, enjoy the simple pleasures and create special and fun memories with your family.
