Trusting Your Journey

Trust Your Journey

Today, I want to talk about trusting your journey, current worries and a phrase that I had to repeat to myself over and over these past few months as I worked through some overwhelming things: “How would your life be different if…You stopped worrying about things you can’t control and started focusing on the things you can?

“Let today be the day…You free yourself from fruitless worry, seize the day and take effective action on things you can change.”

I’m not sure why this phrase came into my head when I needed it, but it did. That season of my life was a little difficult, bearable but difficult. There were some tears. Some fear. There was a lot of dwelling on the “what ifs”.

But, it has passed. And now I feel optimistic, hopeful, and positive about my health, my career and my life. So, whatever you may be struggling with right now, just remember
How would your life be different if…

Trusting Your Journey

You stopped worrying about things you can’t control and started focusing on the things you can? Let today be the day…You free yourself from fruitless worry, seize the day and take effective action on things you can change.” For every woman that has struggled, questioned, realized, believed, accomplished and triumphed…Trust Your Journey.

Keep putting one foot in front of the other, my friend! It’s time to seize the day and change your life…
