Your Story Will Inspire Others

Your Story Will Inspire Others. Creating content allows me to connect with others, listen to their challenges, and create a system to share my knowledge and personal experience with others who are interested in a better health, fitness and a wellness lifestyle along with a better support system. What will serve my tribe? How can I engage them?

Your Story Will Inspire Others

I also get to learn from others and tone up my skills to see exactly where I need to improve to be a better coach so everyone benefits.

The most engaging piece of content I’ve ever created is just simply just putting myself out there. I share my story and my passion through my blog and social media. Fitness can be intimidating. I know it because I’ve lived it. It took me 24 years to realize that I don’t have to be afraid to workout because I may look like a fool to others having to modify my workouts.

But I’ve learned that in my tribe, no one judges you for imperfections, or talks behind your back. You modify without being judged and still get in a good workout.

In the end, I know just by trying and keep pushing myself forward, I’ll get better. You have to work on yourself first to before you can lead others. And if my personal story, and if everything I share helps just one person, than I’m truly blessed to have inspired them. ‪#‎getgutsy‬‪#‎tribebuildingchallengeday3‬
