Listening allows me to learn from others Listening allows me to learn from others and build on those relationships. Listening allows me to provide the best coaching and value to my clients. By knowing what my clients, my tribe, are looking for, I can evaluate what I have to offer, give that unconditional support, motivation and encouragement on a daily basis, so that I may teach others how to lead by example, dream big and move forward in reaching their goals in life, health and fitness!

There is nothing more rewarding than seeing the joy in their eyes when they conquer that mountain.

Listening allows me to learn from others

When I listen to my tribe, I hear a desire for friendship, support, accountability, a mentor, feminine companionship groups with like-minded individuals. A desire to break the barrier that’s holding them back and make a change in the world. A desire to share stories with others without judgement whether it’s the success or failures and live their passion. A desire to feel comfortable in their bodies and live a lifestyle of wellness.

My tribe wants love, support, compassion, unity with like-minded individuals, affordable wellness, a reconnection with themselves, a way out of their shell, to break free from the normal routine that’s not going anywhere, a way back to overcome things like emotional connections to food, traveling, meal planning, healthy snacks, and just plain motivation. Someone to share with them everything, all the tools that they need to be successful.
LISTENING will help you add value to your any relationship you have with others. Silence is a source of great strength. Not many can truly listen. It’s human nature in most but you add so much value to the world around you if you teach yourself to listen.
