As you all know, I truly believe in the 21 Day Fix program. It’s a system that not only has helped me lose 21 pounds but will help me to not only continue to stay on track with my health and fitness goals but maintain the healthy lifestyle I want to lead. One of the most common things I hear about when discussing a meal planning group is that people have a hard time meal planning. So I’ve decided to spend the remainder of this month of March starting tomorrow teaching my support group everything I know about meal planning. That’s 31 days 27 days (remaining) of tips, tricks, recipes, and hacks for you to try. This month has already taken off and I know there needs to be some time to grocery shop (I usually do mine on the 4th of the month), purchase a program, etc so as you wait for your program/shakeology, we’ll spend the first week preparing and learning some basics.
