Shoulders, Arms -Upper Fix

My workout consists of TWO rounds, done twice each. I always make sure to have a bottle of water handy!


Warm Up: (2 rounds of each, done approximately 30 seconds each.)

  1. Jog in place
  2. Jumping Jacks
  3. Windmills
  4. Sidebends
  5. Cross Toe-Touches

Workout:

  1. Bent Over Row
  2. Side Punch Twist
  3. Push Ups
  4. Plank
  5. Hammer Curl To Shoulder Press
  6. Lying Lat Pull Down
  7. Circle Punches
  8. Lying Chest Press
  9. Straight Leg Scissor Twist
  10. Standing Front Raise

 Tip Of The Day:  Stay hydrated! Drink that water! Hydration is not just important prior to and after your workouts, but just as important all throughout your day! Plus, you will start to notice how much better your body feels. Every morning,  I start off with a warm glass of lemon water.  Lemons are packed like a clown car with nutrients, including vitamin C, B-complex vitamins, calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium, and fiber. (Fun fact: they contain more potassium than apples or grapes!) Hot water is great for maintaining a healthy metabolism, which is what you want if you’re trying to shed a few kilos. The best way to do this is to kick start your metabolism early in the morning with a glass of hot water and lemon. As an added bonus, hot water will help to break down the adipose tissue (aka body fat) in your body.

I then fill up my two water bottles and gallon jug with water and from there, I pour into my water bottle when needed. I always keep one water bottle in the car (just in case) and have one with me. This helps me keep track of exactly how much water I’ve taken in and how much more water I have drink by the end of my day!
