To my followers, now that I’m working more and more on my personal growth, and my health and fitness, I’ve decided to continue to share on my blog my progress and continue providing you all with my daily workouts, daily tips of the day, and interesting reads that will hopefully continue to enhance and encourage you to your by health and fitness goals.
For those of you who don’t know me, I’m excited you’ve found me on here. I hope that I can share with you all I’ve learned over the past 10 months and what I continue to learn on my health and fitness journey as well as learn from some of you! I always encourage feedback whether it be on here, Facebook, email, etc.
As for me, I’m looking forward to spending a wonderful Mother’s Day weekend with my family. I am getting a workout in early tomorrow morning before I head into the store for my last day of this the work week, and will be able to get another early morning workout on Sunday morning before doing something fun and special with the family. I love being outdoors, so I’m looking forward to a beautiful day. ☺
