Holiday Survival and A New You

Well,  now that Halloween and the month of October is officially OVER…on to the the NEXT BIG holidays, one of my favorites Thanksgiving and WOW almost Christmas!  Are you ready for that?  I woke up this morning with a new positive outlook on how I want my year to end. Healthy, Fit and Focused on how I want to enjoy life. I’m teaming up with my team members on Unite 2 Ignite and Beachbody in making this the HEALTHIEST HOLIDAYS EVER!!  Who’s with me??

 

Whether anyone wants to admit it or not, we all know that after Halloween with all the chocolate goodness and sweet candies and the end of the year there are so many temptations that we all fall prey to like those sweets, savory, drinks, more sweets, food, food, food….around every corner we look there’s something else to tempt us. Portion control is a huge weigh in factor in how we feel about ourselves and look this time of year. Studies show that Americans can gain easily 5-8 lbs between Halloween and the end of the year! That’s truly crazy. Why do we put up with that? Why do we tell ourselves we’ll change our eating habits or start working out right after New Year’s. Why not start now and get a head start. Well…let’s make it a goal to NOT put up with it this year!

So, I have a plan…and it starts NOW. TODAY!  Who’s with me?  Just because others have started already, doesn’t mean you can not be included. There’s always room for more on this ship. This is a plan to be on track, 21 day from now until Thanksgiving…enjoy Thanksgiving GUILT FREE. Start back after Thanksgiving  21 days until Christmas…enjoy Christmas GUILT FREE…and then you’re Ready to Rock Your New Year’s Resolutions!!!!

New Years Resolution Challenge

 

We’re going to do 2 rounds between NOW and the New Year! It’s that easy. 42 days of support, motivation, accountability and free coaching (from me!) to help keep you on track so you’ll be able to enjoy your Thanksgiving and Christmas traditions!

So, now that it sounds all awesome and fabulous right? So what exactly is involved?

Challenge Requirements:

  1. You are required to have ME as your FREE COACH through Team Beachbody.
  2. Then together WE pick a fitness program based upon your health & fitness goals which we can discuss to help you stay fit during the holidays. It does not matter what your ability level is, I have something for you! {21 day fix, T25, Chalean Extreme, P90X3, Turbofire, Insanity, Piyo, ect…} PS: There’s a Money Back Guarantee if you’re not happy.
  3. You are REQUIRED to replace 1 meal a day with Shakeology if you choose to add it to your program. PS: Again, There’s a Money Back Guarantee if you’re not happy, even if the bag is empty. 
  4. Then, it is required that you participate in the online closed group daily. Each day I will share a tips, recipes, motivation or meal plan. You check in, rate your day and get your inspiration for the next 24 hours. You can log in whenever you want just as long as I know you are there. Even if you don’t feel comfortable at first, that’s ok. Shoot me a personal message. 🙂

I am going to be your personal support system so that you actually start, finish and truly succeed at changing your lifestyle. The great thing about a group challenge is, you’ll get to meet others who may have similar health & fitness goals. We all learn from each other, support and encourage one another.  I will  also share with you the recipes that my family has been enjoying and  loves along with the quick easy recipes that don’t take a lot of prep!
