A lot of people have been either reaching out to me and asking about clean eating and the foundation for beginning a healthier lifestyle. There is a lot of information and so many different avenues of where you can begin. So to make it easier, my friend Stacy and I have decided to put together a free 7 day clean eating challenge group. The group begins on Monday, September 22, 2014.

Stacy and I will be leading the group. We have lots of info to share along with helpful tips on where to start and how to make it work with your busy lifestyle!

Here are a few things that you can expect from the group:

The fundamentals of clean eating: What does eating clean actually mean? Where do you start?

  1. The benefits of clean eating vs fad diets.
  2. Meal Planning: A 7-Day Meal Plan created for you.
  3. Shopping List: A shopping list for the ingredients needed. (Some of the ingredients you may have on hand in your pantry.)
  4. Recipes for the week.

So, how exactly does this work?

The group is run online and you can check in at your convenience. Everything is done through Facebook so that it is all in one area, making it easy for you to reference any of the material. You simply just CLICK HERE and it will direct you to my Facebook page. Send me a friend request along with a message that you’d like to participate in the challenge. I will send you a link to sign up.  Once you sign up, I will add you to the group. The group officially begins on Monday, September 22, 2014, but we will kick off on Saturday with a quick introduction from the coaches that will be leading the group. And give you your shopping list.

This is completely FREE and there is zero obligation. This is simply a way to learn more about healthy eating and connect with other like-minded people.
