Breakfast Ice Cream



What would your kids say to having ice cream for breakfast?

When you’re kids wake up in the morning and ask you what’s for breakfast and you tell them Breakfast ice cream, you’re sure to get a few giggles and smiling faces.

Breakfast Ice Cream

 

 

Serves: 2- makes appr ox. 1 1/2 cups of ice cream.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana, cup into pieces (about 1 cup), frozen overnight
  • 2 Tablespoon plain yogurt*
  • 1 Tablespoon honey

Directions:

  1. Place ingredients in a food processor and puree on high – hold onto the food processor, the first few seconds are a bit rough until the mixture smoothes out.

*You can substitute flavored yogurt like vanilla and omit the honey if you choose.
