Breakfast For Dinner

There just seems to be something about having breakfast for dinner that our family always seems to enjoy. The kids love it, and those Quick Handy Breakfast Recipes do make a quick filling dinner after a long day at the office.

Breakfast ingredients are always on hand in our pantry and they are completely easy to whip up. Usually I whip up some scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, some type of cooked potatoes, toast or biscuits and some fresh orange juice. On the weekends, if we really want a variety, I’ll add in some baked goods like a batch of pancakes, scones, waffles or muffins. Buttered toast or English muffins serve us just as well too.

Don’t forget to include potatoes! Whether it’s hash browns, tator tots, potato oven fries or even try a  stuffed potato for breakfast. It seems we can never make too many potatoes. 🙂
