Wow! Another week seems to be blazing by us and we are getting that much closer to the start of Spring! Our kids have already tackled through their first two mornings of waking up earlier than usual. But those extra hours of daylight and warm sunshine will be so rewarding to everyone.
This week, the Menu Plan has come along for the most part. There was one little glitch with a main ingredient but that was quickly resolved. It’s always a good idea to have a flexible menu and a back up plan in case the unexpected happens. I’m really looking forward to working on the upcoming Spring Menu. And I love Food Blogs, so I thought I’d pay some of my favorites homeage and give their recipes a try. With a Spring Menu in mind, I’ll try and visit the Farmer’s Market every other week for the freshest of fruits and vegetables. The weather here in the foothills usually lets our garden produce better if we start in May when the frost and the snow gone.
As I share the upcoming Spring Menu, I will continue to share ideas on creating your family menus and creating wonderful family meals, so please feel free to try the recipes, enjoy and let me know your thoughts.
