Weekly Menu-March 7-11, 2011

 

Sunday was my mixed item cooking session.  I was definitely a mom on a mission with a multitude of meals. I’ll post more recipes throughout the week on managing small cooking sessions, managing a work schedule and family life without breaking the budget.  This weeks’s menu will consist of:

Breakfast:

Pancakes served with a soft spread honey butter and applesauce
Cinnamon Rolls with cream cheese frosting (recipe posting later this week)
Bagels served with eggs, bacon or sausage (recipe posting later this week)

Breakfast Burritos

Waffles with fruit

 

Lunch:

Sandwiches-Meat and Cheese
Grilled Cheese
Granola
Tiny Tuna Souffles
Yogurt
Fruit and Veggies
Leftovers


Egg Salad Sandwiches

 Dinner:

Shepherd’s Pie

Vegetable Beef Soup, Bread Rolls

Pork and Beans

Chicken Enchiladas (Made in the slow cooker)

Tuna Casserole

Chicken Salad Sandwiches
