Do-It-Yourself Kitchen Ideas:Recycle Cloth Napkins

Do-It-Yourself Kitchen Ideas:Recycle Cloth Napkins

There are many types of fabric, textures and colors of cloth napkins. Every once in awhile I’ll come up short in a set and find other ways to recycle cloth napkins. To make use of napkins left over from a set, try making bags out of them by sewing two napkins together…then you can either make a drawstring top, or sew one of them into a wire coat hanger. You could use them for just about anything. Hang in your pantry and store your plastic bags in them.

You could make smaller ones to hold your plastic lids or jar rings. Try using the napkins in a bread basket to compliment your occasion. You could even get more creative and crafty and create gift bags, table linens, valances, throw blankets, and more!

As always, my quick and easy recipes for Busy Moms can be found on my website Noel’s Kitchen Tips.com.
