Rasberry Banana Yogurt Smoothies

I can’t begin to tell you how many recipes I go through on a daily basis, looking for healthy, tasty and easy on the budget ideas. I don’t even get through all my recipes I get by e-mail. Which is a shame because I’m sure there are great recipes that I’m missing. I opened up my Betty Crocker e-mail and went through some recipes and ended up in the smoothie section. Here is a great recipe to try with Rasberries, Banana and Soymilk. Perfect, Quick Smoothie if your on the go.

Ingredients:

1 container (6 ounce) Yoplait Original 99% Fat Free French vanilla yogurt

1 1/2 cups soymilk

1 cup unsweetened frozen or fresh raspberries

1 medium sliced banana ( 1 cup)

  1. Place ingredients in blender or food processor. Cover; blend on high speed about 30 seconds or until smooth.
  2. Pour into 2 glasses. Serve immediately.

Pretty in pink! Garnish these creamy smoothies with a couple of raspberries
