Be confident with who you are.  Confidence is beautiful! Smile,   it’ll draw people in. And why would you want to be anyone else? My happiness will not depend on others anymore. I’m happy because I love who I am. I love my flaws. I love my imperfections. They make me me and me is pretty amazing.

Yes, we all have times of self-doubt and insecurity. It’s a fact of life. BUT, a confident person takes these moments of self-doubt and insecurity and squashes them immediately. She replaces the negativity with positivity, and along the way.  Finding confidence on your own shows strength, tenacity, resilience, and the ability to overcome adversity. Even if you don’t have good role models for confidence in your life, it’s never too late to find them. Are you on social media? Find a group that shares your interest or passion and get involved!

I Love Me

You’ll develop relationships and likely find someone you look up to. Or, YOU could become a role model for someone else! Get out of your comfort zone and make friends! Strike up a conversation with someone you don’t know very well at work. Talk to the person behind you in line at Starbucks or the grocery store and invite her to sit with you. Exercises like this are confidence builders in and of themselves!

Confidence is Beautiful and something that CAN be learned and built over time! And, it is SO valuable! Do you feel like you could use some more confidence? I would LOVE to help you find it!
