Happy Monday Everyone! Did you have a good weekend? This past weekend (Sunday), our team Babes For Boobs participated for our second year in the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walk in Sacramento, CA. at the state capitol. As team leader, I welcomed some a great bunch of ladies to our team. There was an estimated 20,000 people expected to participate this year. I read in the Sacramento Bee that the event raised almost $470,000 for breast cancer research and support programs and services for those fighting the disease. Our team raised $570 and more is expected to roll in. Wahoo, way to go team!!!

Rain is in the forecast for the next few days starting with today and it’s cold and wet outside. For ideas in the weekly meal plan, we’ll be focusing on a variety of family meals. You’ll find the recipes on the weekly meal plan also available on my Recipe Index page with a grocery list included.
