With Halloween and the school Fall Festival, right around the corner, the kids and I have started thinking about how we want to decorate our pumpkins this year. Every year, since the kids were little, we’d go to the pumpkin patch in search of the best pumpkins for decorating and it’s always so much fun to see what shapes and sizes everyone comes up with. I have learned that my husband is the pumpkin carving master and has the most brilliant ideas when it comes to making the coolest pumpkins! Quick and Easy Painted Pumpkins

Create a face on your pumpkin by decorating it with paint. Follow the same process you would if you were carving, and trace a design on the pumpkin with a pencil before going over it with paint. You can even use patterns if you don’t trust your own artistic abilities.
