Happy Wednesday my friends! I can’t believe how fast my weekend and now my week is flying by. And, the whole month of September for that matter. Yesterday, I noticed it wasn’t as bright in the morning when waking up. It’s starting to look like Fall is creeping up on us and before you know it the holidays. I started working on my menu early Monday morning because I took some time for myself over the weekend to relax, enjoy the family and read a good book. Then, later, I started to jump in and start working on ideas and map out a plan for teaching some local cooking classes in my community. I really excited about this and can’t wait to share more details with all of you in the near future!
But in the meantime, here’s what’s going on with this week’s weekly menu:

Need ideas for your weekly meal plan? It’s time for another weekly menu. I enjoy menu planning because of the simplicity it provides for my life. It enables me to decrease my grocery shopping excursions to twice a month and it allows me to have more free time to focus on my family and home. Monday: Breakfast For Dinner – Homemade Sausage and Egg McGriddles, Skillet Fried Potatoes, Watermelon slices
Tuesday: Taco Mac and Cheese
Wednesday: Mom’s Shepherd’s Pie
Thursday: Baked Chicken Nuggets with Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce, Mac & Cheese, Fruit
Saturday: Kung Pao Chicken with Rice
