Today on Mom’s Talk Monday Q & A, I decided on sharing a topic about how moms have to make those healthy natural food choices when we meal plan and grocery shop. I’m often asked how I choose the right foods for my family.
As a mom, one of the choices I choose is to make meals using fresh organic foods whenever possible. I find myself using the most eggs when I cook breakfast and make desserts…and we all know I love to be in the kitchen and my family loves eat dessert! 🙂 Since raising our chickens, I have learned how important it is to use organic and cage-free eggs no matter what you are making with eggs! We truly care about about our chickens, what we feed them and the eggs they produce.
As moms, we are always on the lookout at the grocery store for those good-for-you foods for our kids. It’s almost that time where we need to start thinking about packing school lunches. If we’re not making all of their lunches, then we need to choose the right snacks and foods from the grocery store. That’s why I like Kashi.
