Having my Master Meal Planning List typed or printed and posted on my fridge is a great visual aid for me when trying to plan out what to cook for our weekly dinners. It also helps me with building my pantry and freezer inventory. When creating your list, keep in mind all the meals your family enjoy and jot them down. For one month, you can start out with 10 to 20 meals and add or rotate different meals in as your family chooses.
