If this sounds like your morning routine, make sure a healthy breakfast is always included in that morning routine.  As a busy mom, getting a quick nutritious breakfast on the table can be a challenge at times. Oatmeal is very nutritious and a great way to jumpstart the day not only for your kids, but yourself as well. Add in some fruit and your on your way to a better day.
